The French Dispatch is a 2021 film by Wes Anderson which takes inspiration from a collection of stories from the final issue of an American Magazine. So far, so Wes Anderson. This book is the screenplay for the film, also written by Anderson, and starring stalwarts such as Own Wilson and Bill Murray to up and coming actors such as Timothee Chalamet and Lyna Khoudri. A must read for aspiring film makers or people who just love cinema, there are also stills from the film at the back of the book.
