French-American artist Louise Joséphine Bourgeois was possibly best known for her large scale installations and sculptures, but was also prolific painter and print maker, exploring a huge range of topics from femininity to mathematics.
Born in Paris in 1911, Louise Bourgeois made New York her home, from which she produced Art right up until her death in 2010.
Bourgeois's strikingly bold patterns and prints are as relevant today as they ever were, lend themselves perfectly to trends in contemporary dining.
