Herring Wooden Fish Decoration

These beautiful hanging fish decorations have been designed and created in Northumberland by local artist and print maker Ellie Davison-Archer who gains inspiration from her work by the coastline around her. She also has an affinity with the natural inhabitants of the North Sea, especially when the humble herring becomes the mighty Craster Kipper - a local delicacy famous the world over! These unusual home accessories will look brilliant in a vintage style kitchen or bathroom and are available in Icy White, Steel Blue and Deep Blue, whether you choose an individual colour or decide to hang them all together in a delightful herring army.

The fish decorations are made from plywood then hand screen printed. They are finished with a layer of clear matt varnish for sealing and measure approx 25 cm in length.
