Introducing an exciting new partnership, Baltic has joined forces with INNSiDE to showcase local artistic talent within their beautiful hotel in this stunning location. Reflecting the hotel's commitment to celebrate local art, there is now a dedicated exhibition space within the hotel, located on the Newcastle Quayside, where guests can purchase original art and limited editions that will support local artists.
With four new exhibitions a year, the third partnership has launched with north east artist, Ben Holland. Originally from Lancaster, Ben Holland creates striking illustrations that celebrate the character and charm of the places that inspire him. Working in fine detail with hand drawn ink and layered pastel tones, he reimagines traditional travel poster and landscape art with a contemporary twist. His style captures both the architecture and atmosphere of the towns, cities, and coastlines he knows well, offering a fresh and distinctive perspective.
